Players come to him for the same reasons people search for cricket coaching near them: an experienced set of eyes on their technique, regular sessions at a time that suits them, and a coach who has played the game at international level.
Why train with Subash?
He has done it at the top: an international century (115 off 142 balls vs USA, 2012), the top run tally at the 2013 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier (234 runs), and the first T20I half-century by a Nepali batter. As a coach he was part of the staff that won the Nepal Premier League in December 2025.
He also came back from dengue and a hand fracture that kept him out for over a year, so he coaches resilience as well as technique.
